If you look at eligibility requirements on the URL http://www.resp-mobile-app.challengepost.com/ and the Rules tab. Item three states:
    (3) In the case of a private entity, shall be incorporated in and maintain a primary place of business in the United States, and in the case of an individual, whether participating singly or in a group, shall be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
Eligibility requirements follow standard HHS guidelines and mandatory requirements of the Competes Act. All applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident as defined by the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS Website).
Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) is defined as: Any person not a citizen of the United States who is residing the in the U.S. under legally recognized and lawfully recorded permanent residence as an immigrant. Also known as "Permanent Resident Alien," "Resident Alien Permit Holder," and "Green Card Holder."
Even though you registered you will be disqualified if you don’t meet all rules stated in the challenge.
